Let's say you're at the office and you realize you forgot to set your DVR to record a big game tonight, and you won't be home until it's over.
TiVo and Moxi will both let you hop online, log in to your account, and set the game to record (we call this "Online Scheduling"). Looks like we're "even-steven" on that one, right? Not so fast. The TiVo owner might be in for a nasty surprise later that night when he pulls up his menu and searches frantically for the game that never actually recorded after all.
That's because TiVo's online scheduling isn't synced in real time with your actual DVR the way Moxi is.
